Since 2003 Michael Löwy has been the Director for International Relations at the Federation of Austrian Industries. His main responsibilities include the analysis of global political, economic and geostrategic developments as well as the representation of the Austrian industry at international forums and organisations. Key issues he deals with are global economics as well as trade related matters.
From 2002 - 2003 Löwy held the position of the Executive Director at ECC Public Affairs/Kohtes Klewes in Brüssels, from 2000 - 2002 he was Senior Consultant at ABB in Turgi/Schweiz. Bevor that he worked as assistant at the European Parliament in Straßburg (1996 - 1999).
