K.Erman Karaca holds Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Ege University, and also served as a research assistant in Computer Engineering Department. In the mid 80’s she started to work for Banking and Technology. She served as Software Engineer and System Programmer at Yapı Kredi Bank - Bilpa , as Software Development Manager at Garanti Bank -Garanti Technology, as Project Coordinator at AKBANK - Aknet.
She continued her eminence in banking technologies at Korfezbank, a corporate bank under the Doğuş group umbrella, as the Executive Vice President in charge of Information Technology. During her 11 years of tenure, she led countless B2B project implementations for corporate clients, and acted as a head executive in critical BPR, IT Unification, Operation Unification, E-Banking and E-Business projects internally at Doğuş Group and its banking subsidiaries.
Between 2007 and 2014, under her inspiring guidance as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tradesoft undertook massively successful implementations and experienced exponential growth, as evidenced by their 4 years in a row (and 5 total) inclusion in Deloitte’s Fast 50 Turkey program.
Currently, Mrs.Karaca continues serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TFI (Tab Food Investments) and she also serves as the President of TÜBİSAD (Informatics Industry Association of Turkey).
