Erdogan Fidan is founder Partner of Fidan & Fidan Law Firm, Istanbul. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, the University of Marmara, Istanbul and is a Member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the International Bar Association, he holds LL.M degree at private law.
He specialises in all areas of corporate law, with a main facus on banking & finance, project finance, privatizations, energy projects, real property development and financing project.
Mr. Fidan has provided legal advice mostly to local and foreign corporations, multinational companies and financing institutions on the following legal matters: engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) constracts, banking, insfrastructure projects, finance law, project finance, privatizations, PPP jealthcare projects, real estate law, energy law, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, formation of companies, insurance and telecommunication law.
His experience in the area of project finance includes advising lenders and the sponsors in relation to project financing of severeal airport projects in Turkiye and Kosovo, advising lenders in the project financing of vehicle inspection stations privatization, adviding lenders in the project financing of certain port privazation projects, advising lenders in the project financing of Eurasia Tunnel Project, advising sponsors in the project financing of several integrated health campus and city hospital projects under PPP model, advising lenders and sponsors in relation to several energy projects and advising lenders in several property development and financing projects.
