Liwen has been a Certificated Public Accountant since 1995. Ever since then, she has been working on various audit work, grown from a project Manager to a service line Manager, then Partner. In the past, she served as the Chief Accountant and Chairman of Beijing Zhongxing New Century CPA firm, as well as Vice Chairman of BDO Dahua Certified Public Accountants (Top 8 in China), before becoming the General Director and Chief Chartered Accountant of Union Power in 2012. She joined Mazars as a CARL partner, and a member of Global Governance Committee since January 1st 2016, responsible for the delivery of audit and transaction advisory related services to large state-owned enterprises both in China and other countries.
