Mr. Gelis has more than 40 years of experience at Siemens.
Following studies at UC, Berkeley, he completed his apprenticeship at Siemens Factory and R&D Center in Witten in the field of telecommunications. Mr. Gelis held various senior management positions in 7 countries in the last 40 years, namely in Germany, USA, Brazil, Argentina, India, Canada, and Turkey.
At the helm of Siemens Turkey since 2007, Mr. Gelis is responsible for the overall strategic management and leadership for all Siemens activities in Turkey.
Mr. Gelis is an avid spokesperson of the German-Turkish business society.
