Hongli Fan, male, date of Birth: January 19th 1969, has been assigned to be the general manager of China National Electronics Import & Export Beijing Co. since April 2015.
Mr. Fan holds a master degree in business administration issued by China Renmin University, and has taken a senior business administration session in University of BRECIA, Italy. He gained his bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Shanxi Mining College.
Mr. Fan has successively served as technician, engineer, interpreter and manager of sales department in Beijing Instrument Machine Tool Factory from 1991 to 1996; director of International business department in Beijing Instrument Industry Group (mother company of Beijing Instrument Machine Tool Factory) from 1996 to 2002; director of investment management department and deputy general manager in China National Electronics Import & Export Beijing Co. from 2002-2015.
